Your eyebrows frown and your face looks too serious. Definitely, business world is full of risks, stakes are too high, that's why is not easy to keep a wide smile on the face when it comes to the career of your life.

People who think positive, are more opened to get new information and begin new communications, to ask for help and to get this help, to try new and follow the same or new steps to their goals. That's why they achieve more results than people who think negative.

Positive attitude helps you to stay on a high energy level. There's no reason to explain why it is very important. You need more energy to keep going, to rise again, to start again, to correct your mistakes and make your business great even if you've failed once or several times. Everyone knows the story of Henry Ford, world-famous car developer and multi-billionaire, who became successful just in his 45. And this is not about age. He tried, tried and tried again – the world knows and remembers him.

Positive mood leads to right decisions and new ideas. Psychologists say: "We are used to think about what we DON'T want. Just try to think about what you DO want – and you'll see how your life changes." Definitely, you know it from your own life experience, if you have a key – you'll find a door. In other words, when you look for new ways to solve your problem, you'll find new thoughts, new ideas and decisions. Just try! And don’t forget to ACT – thinking is nothing by itself!

Negativity is a challenge

Don't deny and devalue your negative thoughts. Let them flow. Ask yourself - what should I learn from this thought? What am I really afraid of? What's the worst that can happen? Business psychologists recommend to imagine the worst situation and try to accept it. Life will not end in the most of such "worst" situations. But try not to stuck in this type of thoughts for a long time – this is just an exercise to do and move on.

Try to look at your fears distantly. Imagine them like a picture of a movie. You are sitting in a big cinema hall and watching how your negative stories are ending on a screen. After the finale you applause them and go home. Leave them there! Try to distance yourself of such kind of thoughts. Some experts recommend to say thanks to any negative thought or scenario in your mind and to let it go – it also works.

Failure is a lesson, not an end

There is a very small chance that your business failure or mistake will be total and lead to disastrous effects for all your career or life. Most of our problems are temporary, and even if the decision is not there, it is always possible to choose a different path and try to walk it through. Most of our problems are our lessons, are our valuable experience that will help us in our future work and life. The best you can do is to learn these lessons and try not to make the same mistakes later. Of course, this doesn’t mean it is a positive experience, but it is definitely GOOD one.

Be grateful for what you have

There is always something what you have in your life and work that is better or more than other people have got. Focus on positive things and moments, on good relations and possibilities, on your new opportunities. Ask for help and don't forget to express your gratitude when you get it. Every night before going to sleep write down at least three moments in your life and in this day that you are really grateful for. In the end of even the first week you will be surprised how MANY moments, things and relations you have got to say "thank you". Tell your thanks to every person you want to appreciate. This simple exercise increases your positive energy and will help you to move on even in very difficult situations.

Even the most famous, rich, successful people living now and ever had difficulties, problems and business disasters.
