You can schedule 2-3 goals for tomorrow and write them down as tasks. You can repeat positive attitudes and affirmations (if you like it and it works for you) or write them down in a notebook. Choose anything - you know your method. But it should be done tonight. Such work relieves your brain and allows you to fully relax at night, so tomorrow you'll have a fresh start of your working day. Every day identify these groups because they can change very often. You must be sure that for your success, you complete the first two groups of tasks daily from the beginning to the end. Start with the highest priority group, and then run a group of tasks of medium importance. The last group you can leave and move to the next day, but try not to keep it on the back burner for more than one week - it can turn into a snowball that will be hard to break. This point applies both to large-scale problems and small ones - in the same sequence you can divide and answer your business emails and do lists of household tasks. All this will ultimately increase your working efficiency.
